Role: Data Analyst Location: Richmond VA(On-site) Contract: W2 only Visa: H1B,& USC Description:
Summary:
High Level Perspective of Duties / Responsibilities:
Need a Contractor at the level of Senior DA,
Develop and implement automation solutions for diverse business needs, leveraging programming languages like SQL/Python to manipulate and analyze data from various sources.
Design and build data models to extract, transform, and load data from our data warehouse, integrating it with other datasets, including static files
Collaborate with internal partners to identify data discrepancies and issues, providing support in quality control, data validation, and sample data provision.
Fulfill ad-hoc data requests from various departments, including Finance and Benefits, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical information.
Contribute to projects focused on improving data integrity and efficiency across the organization.

As they are working with HR Team, Presentation and clear communication skills must have.
Top Skills:
3+ years of exp. as a Data Analyst
