HAVANA COFFEE WORKS LIMITED is an iconic Wellington-born boutique roaster that sources and distributes premium specialty coffee beans to wholesale and retail markets nationwide. Sales Representative (Roastery) Wellington | Full-Time Job Description We are looking for an outgoing and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our roastery's customer base across cafes, restaurants, and retail accounts in the Wellington region. You will be the face of the business to new and existing clients, building relationships that turn into repeat wholesale orders. This role suits someone with some sales or hospitality background who enjoys being out in the field and talking to people, rather than sitting behind a desk all day. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential wholesale clients such as cafes, restaurants, and offices to introduce our coffee range Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, checking in regularly and handling reorders Present product samples, pricing, and brew guides to prospective clients Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines, then close new accounts Track sales activity, client visits, and pipeline progress in our CRM system Coordinate with the roastery team on order fulfillment and delivery timing Attend markets, trade events, or tastings to promote the brand when needed Qualifications and Requirements Few years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (coffee or F&B industry experience is a plus but not required) Confident communicator, comfortable approaching new businesses and building rapport Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn, coffee products and brewing methods Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and client visits A full NZ driver's licence is required for this role Right to work in New Zealand Pay: From $4,850.00 per month Benefits:
