We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our dynamic team and help drive the continued success of our operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Coordinate and assist with the scheduling of your team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and help manage inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring stock levels are sufficient and equipment is in good working condition.
• Leadership: Lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure high cleaning standards are consistently met and maintained across all client sites.
• Communication: Work closely with operations management to align schedules, communicate any changes or challenges, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through attention to detail and exceptional service.
