We support and empower individuals with disabilities, and we have a profound understanding of the challenges faced by those living with disabilities, as well as their families and carers.Alpha Kalgcare offers a wide range of support services all of which aim to enhance the mental and physical well-being of our clients.Our services include:· NDIS plan management;· Support co-ordination;· In home respite care;· Out of home respite care;· Community living services;· Physical activities;· In home care;· Domestic assistance;· Disability family support;· Personal care;· Disability employment assistance; and· Disability transport.The roleWe are looking for a NDIS Program Administrator to join our diverse and experienced team of support staff.The role will provide high quality, effective and efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth delivery of NDIS client programmes and funding. The role’s responsibilities encompass client on boarding, documentation management, funding procurement, contractual administration and logistics co-ordination, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in a program or project administration/ management role. If you are motivated, organised, professional, committed to delivering exceptional service to clients and teams, we encourage you to apply!The roles’ duties and responsibilities include:· Negotiating, developing and reviewing NDIS funding arrangements, NDIS client care plans and Alpha Kalgcare’s offering of support programs and services;· Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning NDIS funding arrangements, NDIS client care plans and Alpha Kalgcare’s offering of support programs and services;· Managing paperwork associated with NDIS funding arrangements, NDIS client care plans and Alpha Kalgcare’s offering of support programs and services;· Monitoring work by support providers and reporting on required variations to NDIS client care plans and funding arrangements;· Advising management, clients and other stakeholders on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions;· Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning AlphaKalgcare’s compliance with NDIS guidelines;· Collecting and analysing data associated with NDIS funding arrangements, client care plans and reporting on outcomes; and· Working with management, clients and other stakeholders to ensure that Alpha Kalgcare’s goals are met.The successful candidate will have the following:· Demonstrated experience in a program or project administration/ management role;· The ability to handle complex data and ensure accuracy in all tasks;· Strong verbal and written communication skills to enable interaction with all key stakeholders;· Proficiency in relevant systems for data entry, reporting and updating;· Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines; and· A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to supporting team and client goals with a focus on driving process improvements.Send all CV and Cover Letter to: manager@alphamedicalkalgoorlie.com.auJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
