The Opportunity We are expanding our team in the Cronulla NSW and are looking for:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and personal care in clients' homes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Promote safety, dignity and well-being in every interaction.

What You'll Need

• Current Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
• National Police Clearance (current)
• Nursing Registration (if applicable)
• First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy — confident using digital systems for care notes & communication
• Experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential)
