Carpenter

Carpenter required for fast growing construction business.We build extensions and out-door studios ranging from 20m2 to 100m2.Must be a well rounded carpenter proficient in frame, lockup and fix.Required attributes

• In depth knowledge of set out, frame, lockup and fix carpentry techniques and materials.
• Good understanding of the framing code, building codes and standards.
• Be able to read and interpret plans.
• Be able to problem solve and find practical solutions.
• High level of organization.
• Punctual and trustworthy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to lead a team of carpenters.
• Positive attitude, motivated and enthusiastic.
• Full Australian Drivers License.
• Vehicle.
• White Card.

The work hours will be Monday to Friday 7.00am – 3.30pm (with overtime when required)Ready for an immediate startThis is a sub-contract position with potential for a full-time contract to be offered in the near future.Job Types: Full-time, SubcontractPay: $45.00 – $65.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:
