Business Sales Executive (SOC 3552) Location: Coventry, UK (Hybrid) Company: Native Pro Ltd Salary: £34,500 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship Available
About Us: At Native Pro Ltd, we’re a dynamic creative company specializing in music production, digital content, and media solutions. As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our business development team to serve new markets and build lasting client relationships. We’re looking for a Business Sales Executive to help us grow, lead sales initiatives, and close high-value deals.
Role Overview: As a Business Sales Executive, you will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and promote our products and services to UK and international clients. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our partnerships and contributing directly to company revenue.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships
Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and marketing collaboration
Present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing and production teams for seamless client onboarding
Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Interest in media, music, or creative industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
Salary & Benefits: £34,500 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Performance-based bonuses and commissions
Hybrid working (Coventry office + remote flexibility)
