Job Title: 310T Truck & Coach TechnicianLocation: Based in Bobcaygeon, ON — equipment and work sites located across Ontario
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel: Occasional travel across Ontario and to the U.S. for storm response supportAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our team and help maintain a diverse fleet of approximately 40 pieces of equipment, including:

• Bucket trucks
• Digger derrick trucks
• Pickup trucks
• Trailers
• Off-road and specialized powerline equipment

This position plays a key role in keeping our fleet running efficiently and safely to support our powerline construction and storm response operations.Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel and gas-powered trucks and equipment
• Inspect and service hydraulic, electric, and mechanical systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance schedules across multiple yard locations in Ontario
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Support field crews by troubleshooting equipment issues in the shop or on-site
• Participate in U.S. storm response operations (work visa support available)

Qualifications

• Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License required
• AZ Driver’s License required
• Clean criminal record and ability to travel to the United States
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during emergency response events
