What You’ll Do
- Conduct nutrition assessments, identify malnutrition risk, and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide medical nutrition therapy for geriatric, rehabilitation, post-acute, and veteran populations, including nutrition support and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and dietary teams to improve patient outcomes through interdisciplinary care.
- Manage nutrition consults, educate patients and staff, and help improve health outcomes through the power of Food as Medicine.
Who Should Apply
- RD2Be/RD Eligible candidates.
- Graduating dietetic interns-No Experience Needed.
- Entry-level candidates passionate about nutrition and patient care
- Experienced RD's are welcome
- Strong communicators eager to learn and grow.
