We are seeking an Audit & Advisory Manager to join one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger firms in a city-based office with hybrid working. This unique role offers an opportunity to go beyond external audits and diversify into advisory, internal audit, and ESG-related projects.What

We're Looking For

• Qualifications:
  
  You must be ACA/ACCA qualified.
• Experience:
  
  A strong background in external audits for UK-based Not-for-Profit clients, including charities, is essential.
• Knowledge:
  Familiarity with FRS 102 and SORP. Advisory or internal audit experience is a bonus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of NFP and charity clients.
• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Contribute to internal and advisory projects as needed.
