What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality repairs on smartphones, tablets, and computers (iPhones, Samsungs, iPads, MacBooks, PCs)
• Accurately diagnose issues and carry out repairs efficiently and to a professional standard
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with repair needs, product enquiries, and service options
• Offer expert advice and upsell relevant services, accessories, and protection plans
• Manage repair cases from intake to completion with strong attention to customer satisfaction
• Support store organisation, stock management, and in-store presentation
• Collaborate with your team to meet both technical and sales performance targets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly workspace

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years’ experience in mobile/computer repairs (both smartphones and computers preferred)
• Previous experience in retail or sales, ideally in tech/mobile environments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
• Passion for technology and delivering value to customers
