We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our dynamic Valuation team

A career in our Valuations practice will give you the opportunity to support organizations in realizing the potential of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets transactions. We assist some of the world’s leading companies create and execute strategic deals by providing data-driven insights that maximize value.

Our team helps unlock deal value through robust valuation opinions and transaction advisory services. As a Senior Associate, you will assist in researching financial risks, preparing forecasts, and developing financial models that support fair and accurate valuation advice, ultimately helping our clients enhance their transaction value.

How will you add value?

  • Assisting in performing valuations of businesses, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments including equity and debt securities, derivatives, and options for various purposes such as M&A, litigation support, financial reporting, and restructuring.
  • Supporting the preparation and analysis of financial models, and interpreting commercial data underlying financial forecasts.
  • Helping prepare proposals and presentations for clients and supporting business development activities.
  • Collaborating with Managers and Senior Managers on client deliverables.
  • Contributing to maintaining and building client relationships under supervision.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members and interns on valuation techniques and project tasks.
  • Assisting in ad hoc project work and internal practice development initiatives.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognised university.
  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in business valuation.
  • Solid financial modelling skills, including experience in building and working with valuation models.
  • Ability to analyse complex financial information and develop insight-driven conclusions.
  • Previous experience in professional services or valuation-related roles is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to client servicing and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
