About the RoleWe’re looking for a strategic, hands-on
Head of Growth to lead the charge on how we attract, engage, and retain students. This is a
founding team position with end-to-end ownership of growth and brand. You’ll define and execute our growth playbook, drive user acquisition across multiple channels, and craft a resonant brand identity — all while building and mentoring a small, cross-functional team.You will report directly to the Founder and work collaboratively across product, design, and community to scale impact and grow our student base with authenticity and purpose.
Key Responsibilities- Own and operate 1–2 core growth channels (e.g., SEO, paid marketing, organic social)
- Oversee additional growth levers including content, community, and partnerships
- Build a full-funnel acquisition strategy — from awareness to conversion to retention
- Develop and evolve our brand identity and voice across all touchpoints
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a small team across growth, brand, and content
- Collaborate with product to identify and execute product-led growth opportunities
- Create campaigns and initiatives that resonate with Gen Z and Gen Alpha
- Cultivate a vibrant, engaged student community through authentic storytelling and engagement
- Use data and insights to iterate on what’s working and optimize what’s not
What We’re Looking For- Demonstrated success leading growth initiatives in a startup or high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of Gen Z/Gen Alpha behavior, digital trends, and brand engagement
- Hands-on experience with at least one key growth function (SEO, paid acquisition, social content, community, or partnerships)
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and iteration
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing ambiguity
- Experience building or managing high-performing teams (formal or informal)
- Mission-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
