• A bachelor’s degree or college diploma
• At least 1 year of related Experience is required
• Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) License
• Criminal record check (required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid First Aid certification

Job Description:

• Assess children's development and support individualized learning plans
• Plan and implement programs that foster physical, emotional, cognitive, and social growth
• Lead activities including storytelling, crafts, music, and outings
• Support daily routines such as meals, rest, hygiene, and diapering
• Observe and report on children’s behavior and development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
• Communicate with parents regarding progress and concerns
• Supervise and mentor assistants, trainees, and volunteers
• Assist with housekeeping, snack preparation, and record-keeping
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and health standards
• Collaborate with staff and community partners to support children
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to program planning

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $27.25-$31.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekBenefits:
