dedicated and experienced Centre Manager for our 76 place centre to lead our team and drive excellence across all aspects of the service.
About the Role As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive, collaborative culture. You will lead and mentor your team, ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.
Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
- Oversee compliance with NQF, National Law & Regulations, and service policies
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards against the National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community
- Manage occupancy, enrolments, and overall service sustainability
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and child-focused learning environment
- Implement the Child Safe Standards and foster a culture that prioritises child safety
About You - Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education
- Lead and manage overall centre performance, ensuring strong occupancy, team outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, and relevant clearances
- Current Child Safety and Child Protection Training
