Fashion Production Assistant – Prom & Special Occasion Wear

Please note: Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate with international suppliers and production teams We are seeking a detail-oriented Fashion Production Assistant to join our design and production team. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of our collections, assisting with organization, design coordination, and workflow management. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced fashion environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trend and market research to support new collections.
• Organize and maintain samples, materials, and showroom displays.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to relay relevant market insights.
• Assist in preparing technical specifications and tech packs for production.
• Create sketches and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator to communicate design concepts.
• Coordinate the progression of samples and final products to ensure quality and deadlines are met.
• Support inventory management and liaise with logistics partners.
• Contribute to workflow efficiency and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fashion production, design support, or related roles preferred.
• Knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, or CAD/3D design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Clo3D, Style3D) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fashion degree or equivalent, with 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or brand.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving production processes.
