Technicial Support Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Techncial Support Engineers to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LED display systems at customer sites. You will work closely with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure high-quality deployment and reliable performance of LED display solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission LED display systems, including structural mounting, cabling, configuration, and calibration.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs of LED panels, power supplies, controllers, and associated hardware/software.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct pre-installation site surveys and document technical requirements.
• Maintain detailed service reports and update service records accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during field work.
• Support live events or installations that may require evening or weekend work.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
• 2 years related experience is preferred, and preferably with LED display or AV systems.
• Strong understanding of electronics, video signal formats, network cabling, and display calibration.
• Proficient in using test equipment (multimeters, signal testers, etc.) and hand tools.
• Comfortable working at heights or on scaffolding/lifts when necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently on-site.
• Valid driver's license required.

Job Type: Full-timePay: $58,889.00 - $64,591.00 per yearBenefits:
