Location: Aruba
Salary: AWG 24,700 per month (€12,574.56 per month)
Team: Critical Care/Intensive Care

Your Role as a Critical Care/Intensive Care Physician:
Provide expert care and treatment for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care
Engage in continuous learning and contribute to advancements in critical care medicine
Mentor and support junior colleagues, fostering a culture of professional development
Play an integral role in developing patient-centred care strategies within the hospital
What You’ll Need:
A recognised medical degree and specialisation in Critical Care or Intensive Care Medicine
Proven experience in managing critically ill patients and working within an ICU setting
Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
A willingness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a multicultural environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Dutch-speaking or willing to learn within two years (the electronic system is currently in English but may transition to Dutch by the end of the year)
