Full-Time Music Academy Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated, musically inclined Full-Time Music Coordinator who is looking for a long-term career opportunity to grow with us. • Coordinate student scheduling, enrolments, and teacher timetables
• Liaise with parents, teachers, and students to ensure a smooth lesson experience
• Assist in instrument sales, demos, and product recommendations (commission-based opportunities available)
• Provide relief teaching for piano and/or violin lessons when needed
• Help plan and manage academy events, concerts, and recitals
• Assist in content creation, communications, and promotional material for academy initiatives
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the academy’s programs and community outreach

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 8 or equivalent in piano AND violin (other instruments considered with strong background)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Confident appearing on social media and on stage at events or presentations
• Passionate about music education and long-term growth within the business
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage
