Full-Time Music Coordinator who is looking for a

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate student scheduling, enrolments, and teacher timetables
- Liaise with parents, teachers, and students to ensure a smooth lesson experience
- Assist in instrument sales, demos, and product recommendations (commission-based opportunities available)
- Provide relief teaching for piano and/or violin lessons when needed
- Help plan and manage academy events, concerts, and recitals
- Assist in content creation, communications, and promotional material for academy initiatives
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the academy’s programs and community outreach
Requirements:- Minimum Grade 8 or equivalent in piano AND violin (other instruments considered with strong background)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Confident appearing on social media and on stage at events or presentations
- Passionate about music education and long-term growth within the business
- Retail or sales experience is an advantage
