Registered Aged Care Nurses (Aged Care)

Cooinda Coonabarabran Limited is a trusted and well-respected aged care provider located in the heart of Coonabarabran, NSW. We are currently seeking five compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (Aged Care) to join our dedicated team and help provide exceptional care to our elderly residents. About the Role As a Registered Nurse at Cooinda, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred nursing care. Key Duties Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans Administer medications and clinical treatments as per scope of practice Monitor health and respond to changes in residents' conditions Support and guide care staff in daily care delivery Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards Communicate effectively with families, residents, and health professionals Essential Criteria Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) Minimum 1 year of experience in aged care or similar nursing role Excellent clinical and communication skills Strong commitment to person-centred care and resident dignity Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain) Desirable Experience with electronic health record systems Postgraduate training or certification in gerontology or aged care nursing Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting What We Offer Relocation support may be available for the right candidates Supportive, community-focused working environment Ongoing professional development and training Opportunities for sponsorship (for eligible overseas applicants) Minimum salary of $89,512 plus depending on skills and experience Apply Now Join a passionate team making a meaningful difference in aged care.
