Residential Accountant / Senior Accounts Administrator (Kalgoorlie)

This full-time, residential role will suit someone with strong financial administration skills and a genuine interest in developing junior team members.Whether you have formal accounting qualifications (and would hold the title Accountant) or extensive hands-on experience (Senior Accounts Administrator), this is a key leadership role at the heart of our operations.The Role

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll admin, and reconciliations
• Supervise a team of 5–6 admin staff across finance and office functions
• Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and training to junior team members
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and smooth office processes
• Be the go-to person for creditors, debtors, and finance queries onsite

What You Bring

• Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and office processes
• Experience supervising or mentoring a small admin/finance team
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator who works well with others
• Cert IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or higher preferred but not essential
• Must be based in Kalgoorlie or willing to relocate (relocation support available)
• Onsite role only – no remote or hybrid options
