About the Role – Clinical Midwife Leadership & Clinical Excellence As a Clinical Midwife, you will use advanced clinical experience, skills and a strong capability in leading, supporting and influencing teams within a complex healthcare environment to care for patients and families within WNHS. You will:
  • Provide senior clinical leadership and expert, evidence‑based midwifery care
  • Mentor, coach and support midwifery staff to build capability and confidence
  • Foster a positive, respectful and high‑performing team culture
  • Lead quality improvement, clinical governance and patient safety initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary leaders to enhance service delivery
