You’ll be hands-on with large-scale compute, storage, and networking systems, working closely with researchers and engineers who rely on performance, stability, and speed. This is a role for someone who enjoys deep technical problem-solving, and is excited by the opportunity to work with some of the top engineers and traders in the world.
What You’ll Work On

• 24/7 Linux HPC compute, storage, and networking environments
• RDMA fabrics, parallel filesystems, batch schedulers, and large-scale clusters
• Incident response, root cause analysis, and performance optimisation
• Automation, tooling, and diagnostics code to support production systems
• Global infrastructure projects and vendor collaboration

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience with Linux systems in production environments
• Strong operational mindset with a passion for reliability and performance
• Experience or interest in HPC technologies (Slurm, Lustre, GPFS, RDMA)
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Go, C, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
