Sales Account Specialists to join our dynamic team in the smart grid and micro-grid sector. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing customer relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative clean energy solutions. As the main liaison between clients and our technical sales and project teams, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers throughout their journey with us. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commission, and potential stock options.
LMIA is also available for this position. Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including remote sites, rural communities, and production or construction locations operating off-grid.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of technical solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and technical/commercial proposals tailored to address customer pain points.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout pre-sales and post-sales stages.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the power equipment rental or related industries.
- Knowledge of renewable energy and power grid solutions.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:- Experience in power generation, distribution, or the PV and cleantech industries.
- A background in technical sales or project management is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with oil and gas field equipment rentals, particularly generators or skid equipment.
