The service focuses on high quality applied psychology, preventative work alongside statutory duties, and opportunities to develop specialist expertise. Our approach emphasizes consultation, co-production and inclusion to support children and families.About The ServiceWe are a large and expanding service with members including PEP, Area Senior EPs, EPs, Trainee EPs, Locum/Associate EPs and a dedicated Business Support team. The service is divided into four area quadrants with offices in Weybridge, Reigate and Woking. We support flexible and hybrid working, professional autonomy, regular peer meetings and strong supervision and CPD opportunities. We work closely with Speech and Language Therapy, health and social care colleagues to promote emotional wellbeing and mental health. Our focus is on enabling positive futures for children and young people, applying psychological theory, research and person-centred techniques with children, young people, families and professionals. What We Offer
  • A competitive salary for main grade EPs:
    Soulbury Scale A, 3 - 8: 47,688 - 57,954 per annum, with up to 3 SPA points
  • A starting salary at point A5 for newly qualified EPs
  • SPA points 1 and 2 automatically awarded after 1 and 2 years of successful practice
  • London Fringe Area allowance of 939 per annum
  • Essential Car User Lump Sum Allowance of 963 per annum

Roles and Responsibilities We are expanding capacity to deliver preventative services alongside statutory work and to strengthen emotional wellbeing and mental health support in partnership with health colleagues. We welcome applications from experienced Educational Psychologists and current year two and three Trainee EPs who are committed to high-quality applied psychology work.Your ApplicationTo be shortlisted, please clearly evidence the following:

Surrey has urban and rural areas; EPs should have a valid driving licence, access to a vehicle, and be willing to travel across a wide geographic area.
