Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Business Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our suite of business, marketing, and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value sales opportunities with educational institutions, corporate clients, and professional bodies.
- Conduct sales prospecting, lead generation, and outreach to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Meet and engage with senior decision-makers to understand their needs and position the organisation’s solutions effectively.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercially focused proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and service agreements to close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure and client onboarding.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline progress.
- Work with internal teams to develop tailored sales solutions that directly address client needs.
- Provide input into sales planning, market positioning, and competitor strategy to support revenue growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote the organisation’s offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to support repeat business and upselling.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
- Support and mentor junior sales team members in sales techniques and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of business branding, marketing, and IT services is a plus.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
