We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our suite of business, marketing, and IT services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value sales opportunities with educational institutions, corporate clients, and professional bodies.
  • Conduct sales prospecting, lead generation, and outreach to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Meet and engage with senior decision-makers to understand their needs and position the organisation’s solutions effectively.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercially focused proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and service agreements to close deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure and client onboarding.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline progress.
  • Work with internal teams to develop tailored sales solutions that directly address client needs.
  • Provide input into sales planning, market positioning, and competitor strategy to support revenue growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote the organisation’s offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to support repeat business and upselling.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Support and mentor junior sales team members in sales techniques and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of business branding, marketing, and IT services is a plus.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £40,000.00-£43,000.00 per yearBenefits:
