With operations across Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the Americas, we are now seeking an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner to join our Supply Chain & Operations team at Berri, South Australia — one of the largest wine production sites in the Southern Hemisphere. What you’ll be doing

• Acting as a trusted HR partner to Supply Chain site leaders
• Leading and supporting employee relations and industrial relations matters
• Coaching leaders through performance, change and workforce challenges
• Supporting recruitment, workforce planning and capability uplift
• Operating in a unionised, safety critical environment with high visibility
• Partnering with a broader, globally connected HR team

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years experience in HR leadership or HR business partnering, ideally in operational, industrial or manufacturing environments
• Confidence working with frontline leaders and complex employee matters
• Strong communication, judgement and resilience
• Willingness to relocate to regional South Australia (Berri) and immerse yourself in site based HR
• Full working rights or eligibility for employer sponsored visa pathways
