Foreman / Construction Professionals – High-Rise Residential (Relocation to Australia)

With a strong pipeline of high-rise projects across Sydney, we are seeking experienced Foremen and Construction Professionals from the United Arab Emirates, China, and other leading countires who are looking to take the next step in their careers and relocate to Australia.This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established, vertically integrated business and work on Class 2 high-rise residential projects, including luxury and large-scale developments. About the RoleAs a Foreman or experienced construction professional, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-rise residential projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.You will be working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to drive site performance and outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across trades
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with program and specifications
• Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship
• Enforce WHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture
• Manage subcontractors and site labour effectively
• Assist with site planning, sequencing, and logistics
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively

About YouWe are specifically seeking candidates with:

• Proven experience working on high-rise residential (Class 2) projects
• Background in foreman, leading hand, or supervisory roles
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale developments
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive productivity on site
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
