Maintenance Handyman

Easylet is recruiting for a new Maintenance/Handyman to join their expanding team.EDINBURGH BASED POSITIONWe run a busy lettings department and also manage properties for intermediate temporary accommodation. Based in the Southside of Edinburgh, we run a small and friendly office and have been established since 2010. We like to think that we offer a personal service to our landlords and to our tenants, many of whom have been with us since we started out.Ideally we are looking for a multi skilled candidate.The job is varied and therefore requires good basic DIY and a general good skill set.Experience is required in the following areas:Basic PlumbingBasic Electrical knowledgeCarpentryPaintingProperty refurbishmentAdditional Requirements:Basic DisclosureClean Driving LicenceEligibility to work in the UK - Work Visa Licence Transfer AcceptableOut of hours cover will be required on rotationPlease submit your CV as interviews are currently being held.
