ICBM SERVICES PTY LTD is looking for an experiencedCarpenterfor our client's construction industry(residential homes, commercial buildings, and publicspaces) across NSW, WA in Australia.On a full-timebasis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team.Title:Carpenter, Full-time positionSalary:A$ 85,000.00 to 95,000.00 plus superWork Location:In person.We are looking for applicants who demonstrate thefollowing:RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant experienceCertificate III in Carpentry or equivalentStrong attention to detail and commitment tohigh-quality workmanshipValid driver’s license and own transport(preferred)· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technicaldrawings.· Physical stamina and strength.· Attention to detail and precision.· Good communication and teamwork skills.· Excellent problem-solving abilities.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret technical drawings,blueprints, and engineering plansto preciselymeasure, cut, and assemble materials.Construct, install, and repair structuressuchas walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, door frames,windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.Ensure all work complies with building codes,safety regulations, and quality standards.Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavymachinerysafely and efficiently.Estimate materials, labor, and costsneededfor carpentry projects and prepare detailed workplans.Collaborate with architects, contractors, andclientsto ensure the project specifications aremet.Supervise and coordinate with juniorcarpenters and other workerson the job site.Inspect completed work for quality andaccuracybefore final installation or handover.Maintain a clean and safe work environmentduring and after the project completion.Troubleshoot and solve on-site problemsquickly to keep projects on schedule.If you would like to discuss the role further, please clickAPPLY and send through an up-to date CV.
