Job description
Title: Strategic Growth OfficerReporting to: CEO, Managing Director, or Founder.
Purpose: Lead the company’s growth strategy to increase revenue, market share, customer acquisition, retention, and long-term profitability.
Key responsibilities- Develop and implement a company-wide growth strategy.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels.
- Work with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to improve the full customer lifecycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and performance data to guide decisions.
- Set growth KPIs, track results, and report progress to leadership.
- Lead or influence teams responsible for revenue growth, campaigns, and business development.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and prioritization of growth initiatives.
Skills and experience- Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment.
- Experience in business development, growth, sales, marketing, or revenue leadership.
- Ability to use data and analytics to make decisions.
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- Communication skills for executive-level reporting and team alignment.
- Experience leading growth initiatives in startups, scale-ups, or larger organisations.
Pay: $130.00 – $132.00 per hourBenefits:
