About the role We are partnering with a large U.S. general contractor managing active data center and mission-critical construction projects across Louisiana, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Arizona. These are hyperscale builds (some of the largest infrastructure projects in the country right now) and they need MEP engineers who can operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. As an
MEP Engineer , you will be on-site working directly alongside U.S. project teams. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across disciplines, resolve field issues, and support commissioning on facilities that will run 24/7 for decades. This is not a back-office role. We welcome applications from recent graduates and experienced engineers alike. What you'll do- Perform mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering design and analysis for large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations per U.S. codes (NEC, NFPA 70, ASHRAE, SMACNA)
- Coordinate MEP systems across disciplines using BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks) to resolve clashes and confirm constructability
- Review submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs from subcontractors and provide technical responses
- Conduct site visits and field inspections to verify installations conform to design documents
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and commissioning teams to keep the schedule
- Support commissioning and startup activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
What we are looking for- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university, required for visa eligibility
- Recent graduates and engineers with 1+ years of experience are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with U.S. building codes (NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, IBC) is a plus, we will support your onboarding
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks is an advantage
- Data center, manufacturing, or energy infrastructure experience is a strong plus
- Professional English, written and spoken. You will communicate daily with U.S. project teams
Compensation and benefits:- $110,000 - $155,000 USD annual salary
