Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in the banking and cards domain. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the analysis and delivery of product features and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, development, and QA to define and deliver value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of existing capabilities and identify areas for enhancement.
• Define, validate, and document business requirements ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on customer needs and business impact.
• Ensure compliance with legal, risk, and control standards.
• Work with UI/UX teams to design user experiences, conversational flows, and interface specifications.
• Break down initiatives into Epics and Stories aligned with Agile best practices.
• Write clear, actionable user stories for development and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, story grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
• Support sprint planning and ensure timely grooming and backlog readiness.
• Lead desk checks with developers and testers to clarify requirements and refine acceptance criteria.
• Execute and manage UAT efforts within release timelines.
• Track and manage defects, prioritize based on severity, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor feature performance post-release and ensure accuracy via ongoing control checks.
• Handle customer rollout strategy and manage related requirements.
• Oversee production issue triage, mitigation, and long-term resolution.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (8+ years), preferably in the banking and credit cards space.
• Strong SQL and reporting skills (approx. 20% of the role).
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with UI/UX collaboration and design principles.
• Experience conducting UAT and managing production triage.
