Project Support Specialist will provide technical and analytical support of the business processes associated with the
Clean Energy Solutions (
CES) organization in support of the
Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicles and Solar program teams.
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare/post invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies and keep vendors informed regarding payment information.
- Create journal entries as required.
- Provide technical support, including developing and submitting purchase requisitions and change order requests.
- Conduct QA/QC calls with customers for various CES program teams to ensure verification and validation of the work completed by vendors.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processing; these can include creating and posting journal entries, conducting actual vs. plan variance analysis, creating ad hoc analysis, and supporting the investment recovery month-end revenue processing.
- Support and maintain the CES training catalog & matrix. Assign trainings to CES associates and report on training records.
- Monitor vendor project commitment status and generate reports.
- Assist with ongoing programs not limited to Intern Program, Business Continuity Planning, (BCP), All Hands meetings etc.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree or in lieu of degree, 3+ years minimum financial administrative experience.
- Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong organizational, communication and writing skills. Excellent customer interaction skills to resolve invoicing issues.
- Ability to manage relationships with vendor representatives including information exchange for all project related work.
- Ability to adapt to various responsibilities and work collectively within a team.
