What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and motivating a team of FOH & BOH staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Managing daily operations including rostering, shift planning, and service standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and OH&S regulations.
• Driving revenue, controlling costs, and managing budgets and KPIs.
• Collaborating with head office on marketing, promotions, and local area engagement.
• Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintaining brand standards and championing the YASSAS customer journey.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume venue.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to build team culture.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, and hospitality best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Passion for great food, people, and creating memorable experiences.
• Valid RSA and sound knowledge of liquor licensing requirements.
