Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Corporate Finance Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary As Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Perform, monitor and/or review customers due diligence, onboarding of customers to assure compliance with the AML rules and requirements.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of accounts and opportunities for purposes of onboarding, risk management and KYC assessment through Salesforce.
• Provide advice and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees.
• Complete the annual compliance monitoring program.
• Any other compliance related matters and ad-hoc projects.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5 years of experience in Compliance in a investment bank or External Audit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of MAS’ regulatory compliance requirements; including but not limited related applicable laws and industry best practice.
