Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, review, and moderate content posted by users on the platform
- Assess flagged posts for violations of community guidelines or legal requirements
- Respond to content-related queries
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to specialized teams
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on platform policies and global standards
Requirements
- C2 level in one of these languages: German, Italian, French or Spanish
- English B2
- Strong judgment, resilience, and ability to make fast, fair decisions
- Availability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working with sensitive content across diverse cultural contexts
