Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end recruitment activities for local and regional hiring needs, including coordination of interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and support effective hiring strategies
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the company's workforce pipeline
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, talent development programs, and organizational improvement projects
- Support manpower planning and organizational development activities
- Manage employment pass, work visa, and immigration-related processes for foreign employees
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and external vendors on immigration and visa matters
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies
- Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and local HR operations to ensure effective communication and alignment
Requirements: - Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and/or employment pass and work visa administration
- Good understanding of Singapore employment pass and work visa processes
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English for effective workplace communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Humble, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience working in a Japanese company or regional office is an added advantage
- Exposure to HR strategy, organizational planning, or manpower planning is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Singapore labor regulations and HR practices is an added advantage
