EHS Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead on-site health, safety and environmental performance for a full-cycle industrial construction project in the petrochemical sector. You will work closely with the client and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, risk mitigation and safe execution, including coordination with the head office in The Hague and potential travel within-country. The role emphasizes leadership of staff and subcontractors, logistics awareness, and adaptability to busy periods and modular/brownfield work. This is a hands-on position on a long-running site with a clear focus on safety and regulatory adherence.
