Trading days:7 days per week (mostly dinners, with lunch service Friday–Saturday-Sunday)

- Preparing and presenting dishes to venue standards
- Assisting with menu planning, tastings, and recipe development
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene compliance
- Supporting staff training and kitchen development
- Assisting with cost control and stock management
- Working collaboratively across multiple venues when required
Essential Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Fluent English
- 1–3 years’ experience and/or Diploma in Hospitality
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Availability for weekends and public holidays
Preferred (Not Essential)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Fresh pasta-making experience
- Italian cuisine knowledge
