Job Description:
Bizline has been thriving for the past 17 years, marketing an array of exciting FMCG products with a focus on the route-trade segment of the market. We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Administrator to join our team in Hamilton.The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with finance background and administrative skills to manage our existing portfolio of customers across New Zealand and manage payments to our overseas suppliers. If you have a strong background in managing financial transactions, we want to hear from you. Around 80% of our clients and the majority of our suppliers have Hindi/Urdu language background and therefore it would be a plus to be multilingual with Hindi. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and payroll
  • Prepare invoices in MYOB system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments regarding financial queries and payment issues
  • Provide support to management and the sales team as required
  • Monitor and track receivable payments, following up on overdue accounts as needed
  • Uphold and adapt company values and standards
  • Arrange payments of accounts payable for authorisation
  • Liaise with management or suppliers as required for accounts payable queries
  • Reconciliation of bank statements and other financial documents
  • Prepare and submit financial reports as required
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and categorised
  • Assist in preparing and filing GST, PAYE and other statutory reports
  • Prepare payroll processing

Requirements:
  • Qualification and experience in finance is a must
  • 3+ years experience in finance and admin role or at least a relevant Level 4 qualification
  • Be able to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional communication skills

This position is estimated to start by May 2025 as part of some changes in our operations. The successful applicant will require a clean criminal record and may be required to pass a drug test.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:
