Business Development Specialist / Associate / Manager

You will gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, sales strategy, partnership development, and brand promotion—building a strong foundation for future careers in BD, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership Role Summary You will play a key role in customer management, sales growth, and partnership development. This position serves as a bridge between customers, partners, and our internal teams—driving revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting business expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary contact for members and new clients
• Respond to inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage after-sales support and resolve issues professionally
• Track package usage, renewals, and account updates
• Collect customer feedback and generate BD-related reports

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive renewals, package sales, and new class enrollments
• Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs
• Support promotional materials (posters, short videos)
• Collaborate with marketing efforts, KOLs, and brand partners

Business Development & Partnerships

• Identify potential partners (schools, brands, companies)
• Support proposal development and partnership execution
• Assist with corporate events, junior programs, and BD campaigns
• Analyze performance and provide insights
• Engage KOLs and content creators to expand brand reach
• Prepare photos/videos and perform basic content editing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, PR, Economics, Hospitality, Sports Management, Psychology, Entrepreneurship, Advertising.
• Additional skills: strong communication, sales/customer service experience, organized, fast learner, interest in sports or youth programs.
