Key Responsibilities Staff ManagementSupervise and train employeesCreate work schedules and manage shiftsMotivate team and handle staff issues Sales & OperationsMonitor daily sales and performanceMeet sales targets and improve store profitsHandle cash, POS systems, and banking Customer ServiceEnsure high-quality customer experienceResolve complaints professionallyMaintain store standards and cleanliness Inventory & StockOrder supplies and manage stock levelsReduce waste (important in food businesses)Check deliveries and supplier coordination AdministrationPrepare reports (sales, staff, stock)Ensure compliance with company policiesFollow health & safety regulations Required SkillsLeadership and team managementCommunication and problem-solvingBasic computer/POS system knowledgeTime management and multitaskingCustomer service skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $3,800.00 – $4,800.00 per monthBenefits:
