IT Senior Service Desk Engineer
Vacancy Ref 51526 Location London Salary £29,605 - £32,982 per annum Closing Date Monday, May 12, 2025 - THE ROLE - The role of the Senior IT Service Desk Engineer is to oversee the full range of IT support services available to students and staff at the London campus. This includes maintenance of in-house computer systems, desktops, peripherals, AV equipment and translation equipment. This may include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware equipment, while ensuring optimal workstation performance. You will also be required to oversee the workloads of the IT team based in London and take independent steps to ensure a consistently optimised service delivery. You will also have responsibility for ensuring that all IT team members based in London make efficient and appropriate use of IT ticketing systems and provide high-quality end-user assistance. You will work across the campus to ensure a consistent and high-quality service provision to staff and students. Please note that the hours for this role will be completed from Thursday to Monday, including weekend delivery.
