Job title: Full-Time Speech Pathologist - Clinic-Based - Paediatric Caseloads Working Hours: Full-Time, 38hrs/week Salary: Up to $90K per annum + super Location: Footscray   Roles & Responsibilities: Our client is an allied health clinic that primarily provides assessment and intervention to clients across a range of ages. They provide a flexible and well supported work environment with a focus on peer-learning, functional therapy, evidence-based-practice and providing a functional and holistic approach to our clients.   As a Speechie, you will be responsible for: Diagnosing, assessing, and providing evidence-based intervention for a variety of clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Providing education to clients and caregivers and creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of clients (infants, children, adolescents, and adults) Keeping detailed progress notes, writing assessment reports, funding reports, referral letters, and creating and reviewing goals based on the outcomes of assessment. Reporting progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals with consent.
