Your role: You’ll deliver high-quality speech pathology services to clients of all ages, supporting their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Designing and delivering individualised therapy programs for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care
• Educating clients, families, and carers on therapy strategies and progress
• Maintaining accurate clinical notes and reports in line with best practice
• Staying up to date with evidence-based practices through ongoing professional development

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
• SPA membership (Speech Pathology Australia)
• Minimum 1 year experience delivering speech therapy to children and/or adults
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in therapy assessment tools and treatment planning
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
