We are looking for a talented Head Chef with expertise in Asian cuisine (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Southeast Asian, or fusion) to lead the culinary direction of our modern kitchen. You will be responsible for delivering authentic, creative, and consistent dishes while managing a high-performing kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of traditional and contemporary Asian dishes
  • Create and refine menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and evolving trends
  • Ensure quality control, food safety, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a positive and efficient work culture
  • Manage food cost, wastage, and supplier coordination

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef specializing in Asian cuisine
  • Strong understanding of traditional Asian cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to design innovative menus while maintaining authenticity
  • Experience managing a multicultural kitchen team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
