Job Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Manager (Revenue Accounting) to lead airline revenue accounting operations in a structured aviation environment.
The role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, client management, and process optimization within airline revenue accounting services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop revenue accounting teams

Oversee airline revenue accounting operations and service delivery

Manage key client relationships and SLA performance

Drive process improvement, efficiency, and automation

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Support system implementations and operational transitions

Monitor quality, accuracy, and delivery of revenue outputs

Mandatory Requirements

Only candidates meeting ALL criteria will be considered:

Proven experience as Team Leader / Supervisor in Revenue roles within Airline companies

Strong background in airline revenue accounting / revenue operations

Management experience is mandatory

Solid understanding of airline revenue processes (ticketing, refunds, ancillary revenue, interline billing)

Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. IATA frameworks)

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English (C2 or native level)

Salary & Compensation

€30,000 – €35,000 gross annually
