Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to administer user access and security controls for Oracle EBS, Hyperion, and OTM 09. This role focuses on ensuring robust access provisioning, SOX compliance, and workflow configuration while supporting audit readiness and access-related incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage user provisioning and de-provisioning in Oracle EBS, Hyperion, and OTM environments.
  • Configure and maintain application-level security settings, including role-based access control (RBAC) and approval workflow matrices.
  • Ensure SOX compliance through proper role assignment, access tracking, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) enforcement.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action on access-related incidents.
  • Coordinate with Cybersecurity, GRC, Internal Audit, and Global Security teams for periodic reviews, audits, and access certifications.
  • Manage access through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ensuring timely fulfillment and audit trail documentation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on role changes, access logs, and security configurations.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Deep experience in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Hyperion Planning access provisioning.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX controls, ITaudits, access certification, and SoD.
  • Proficient in user role creation, access revocation, workflow approvals, and audit tracking.
  • Familiarity with incident and request tracking tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience collaborating with GRC, cybersecurity, and audit teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive documentation habits.
  • Effective communication skills for audit support and stakeholder interaction.
