Position OverviewWe are seeking Registered Nurses who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will work with supportive teams, have access to advanced technology, and receive strong clinical mentorship.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure high-quality documentation using EHR systems
- Support patient and family education
Patient Acuity & Ratios- Acuity: Low to moderate (stabilization, chronic care management)
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:
- General Units: 3–4 patients per nurse
- High Acuity Units: 1–3 patients per nurse
Technology & Equipment- EHR Systems: EPIC or equivalent
- Medication dispensing via automated systems
- Use of lifts, mobility aids, and advanced wound-care technology
Orientation & ResidencyAll hired RNs complete a
12–13 week structured orientation, including:
- Clinical skills enhancement
- Hands-on bedside training
- One-on-one preceptorship
- Regular evaluations and professional development support
Qualifications- Active, unencumbered RN license or NCLEX passed
- BLS (AHA) required
- Specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, etc.) can be reimbursed
